Rum Rum Rudolph cocktail- gingerbread and rum cocktail

December 22, 2019

So they were singing run run Rudolph and not RUM this whole time? I’m just going to leave it as I thought in my head because honestly it’s better/

This Rum Rum Rudolph cocktail is tart, fruity, filled with baking spices thanks to a gingerbread syrup and topped with a foamy egg white which are some of my favorite characteristics in a cocktail. I threaded a cranberry & clipped it with mini clothespins for the cutest red nose reindeer effect.

dark or white rum? Does it work with just the cranberry juice? Are the bitters necessary?
