So they were singing run run Rudolph and not RUM this whole time? I’m just going to leave it as I thought in my head because honestly it’s better/
This Rum Rum Rudolph cocktail is tart, fruity, filled with baking spices thanks to a gingerbread syrup and topped with a foamy egg white which are some of my favorite characteristics in a cocktail. I threaded a cranberry & clipped it with mini clothespins for the cutest red nose reindeer effect.

Rum Rum Rudolph cocktail- gingrbread and rum cocktail
Ingredients
Scale
RUM RUM RUDOLPH cocktail
- 2 oz medium bodied aged rum, I used Ten to One
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 3/4 oz gingerbread syrup
- 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1/2 lime jucie
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
- garnish: cranberry
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions
Dry shake all liquid ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with cranberry.

dark or white rum? Does it work with just the cranberry juice? Are the bitters necessary?
