Rum Rum Rudolph cocktail- Rum & Ruby Port Cocktail

Oooh so  they were singing run this whole time & not RUM, whoooops! I’m just going to leave it as I thought in my head because honestly it’s better. This Rum Rum Rudolph cocktail is tart, fruity, filled with baking spices and topped with a foamy egg white which are some of my favorite characteristics in a cocktail. I threaded a cranberry & clipped it with mini clothespins for the full Rudolph effect. This garnish was actually meant for another cocktail but realized it was destined for this one when I it resembled the ruddy red nosed reindeer.


  • 2 oz potstill Jamaican rum, I used Appleton
  • 1/2 oz ruby port, I used Croft Port
  • 1/2 oz cranberry syrup, recipe on my site
  • 1/2 oz lemon
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • garnish: nutmeg, cranberry

Dry shake all liquid ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with nutmeg & cranberry.
