RUM RUM RUDOLPH cocktail

  • 2 oz medium bodied aged rum, I used Ten to One
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 3/4 oz gingerbread syrup
  • 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 lime jucie
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • garnish: cranberry

Instructions

Dry shake all liquid ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with cranberry.
