’Tis the season for bubbly & mulled wine! I combined two classic holiday drinks in this Mulled Wine French 75 with sparkling wine and a mulled spice syrup. It’s a much brighter interpretation of mulled wine, served chilled with luscious bubbles. The ginger & citrus notes from the Prosecco I used go perfectly with all the warming mulled wine spices. This Mulled Wine French 75 is a new classic I’m adding to my holiday cocktail rotation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This looks GORGEOUS! My group is full of vodka drinkers; do you think swapping out vodka for the gin would ruin this drink? Thank you for this recipe 🎄
Hi Morgan! It will change the profile of the drink, but you can definitely use vodka. I also have a holiday vodka cocktail coming up this week!
Awesome, thank you!! I ended up making this precisely to your directions with Bombay Sapphire and it was a HIT. It was for a group of about 25 people, so batched everything in a pitcher beforehand (minus the bubbles), chilled it, then when a guest wanted a 75 I just poured a few ounces into a shaker with ice, *shake-shake-shake* then poured it into the Champagne flute and topped with the Prosecco! This garnish was also simple and everyone commented on how cool it was lol. Thanks Ashley for your help — you’re awesome! Merry Christmas to you 🎄
