I whipped up this Pimm and Proper cocktail a couple years ago for my friend Joanna of Jojotastic and had to share it as the weather warms up. It features Pimm’s No 1 (there are actually more then just the OG No. 1 Pimms in the UK) St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon + bubbly. Rose scented with hints of ginger + bright herbal mint and bubbles, it’s refreshing, but not too sweet. Summer, meet you new favorite signature drink!
