The Meyer Lemon White Chocolate Tart Cocktail is a creamy, lemony cocktail with a graham cracker rim. It’s a dessert cocktail that won’t give you cavities, perfectly balanced without being saccharine. Meyer lemons add a fragrant smell and a slight orange taste that goes wonderfully with chocolate and cream. It tastes like a liquid, boozy pie! In fact, it was inspired by the flavor combos of this Mayer Lemon Tart from my friend Amanda. If you can not source Meyer Lemons, regular lemon juice may be used, reduce the amount of lemon juice a bit to account for the extra acidity. Or make friends with a person with a Meyer Lemon tree and you will be promptly given bags of them during the winter citrus season 😉
