Christmas is right around the corner so thoughts of sugar plums and candy canes have been dancing in my head, ’tis the season for holidays, good cheer, and candy canes after all! I made this White Chocolate Candy Cane cocktail to sate my quest for all things minty right now (I would kill for some thin mints!)
The decadent cocktail is not your average dessert drink. Herbal creme de menthe, bitter sweet creme de cacao + absinthe balance out the rich cream. The White Chocolate Candy Cane is great for after dinner drinks post holiday meals and for the cocktail parties that are ahead!
