Cranberry Ginger Sparkler

December 15, 2020

Sometimes you just don’t want to put the effort into making a complicated cocktail, but still enjoy a delicious sip. A French 75 meets Poinsettia with a kick of ginger, this Cranberry Ginger Sparkler is an easy, but festive drink to mix up for holiday celebrations. Fresh grapefruit, lemon and cranberry juice and muddled ginger elevate this drink with out any infusions or hard to find ingredients. Simple (aka lazy) is best sometimes!

This Cranberry Ginger Sparkler would be perfect mixed up for a holiday party or served up on Christmas Day for brunch. In fact, I recently mixed up a variation of this drink for a virtual company holiday party and it was a hit!
