I decided to combing both (giving into that summertime laziness even more) into a lip smacking cocktail that will surely keep you coming back for more. And that’s how the Strawberry Clover Club was born!
Best Friends for Frosting recently reached out to feature one of my cocktails and I knew The Strawberry Clover Club was just the one to share! It is based off of the long forgotten Clover Club cocktail. It was often looked at as cloying and just didn’t stand up to the spirit heavy old fashioned or the simple mint-forward mojito.
