The strawberry Rose Syrup uses dried rose buds and fresh strawberries add a fruity and floral flavor to drinks. It’s great for using in spring and summer cocktails paired with aged spirits like bourbon, rum and brandy as well as gin and vodka.

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp dried rose buds
  • 3/4 cup water

  1. Muddle strawberries, rose buds and sugar together.
  2. Let set for 4 hours up to 24 hours to extract the juices.
  3. Add water and strain through a fine mesh strainer. Store in the fridge for 2-4 weeks.
