Mixed with coffee beans right in the glass rather than a long infusion with them, the familiar flavor that whispers through out this Bamboo will be right on the tip of the tongue, yet almost indistinguishable among the classic Bamboo notes of sherry, herbal vermouth, orange, and spice.
- 1 1/2 oz sherry, I did 3/4 oz Oloroso & 3/4 oz Amontillado
- 1 1/2 dry vermouth, I used Dolin
- 4 coffee beans
- 2 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- garnish: lemon or orange twist
Add all ingredients except the garnish into a mixing glass. Mix. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with citrus twist, orange or lemon.
